Golf Illustrated Magazine Driver Giveaway Contest
OFFICIAL RULES

Entry into the Contest constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

WHO MAY ENTER: The Golf Illustrated Magazine Driver Giveaway Contest ("Contest") will start January 1st and end at 11:59 p.m. CST on June 30th and begin again on July 1st and end at 11:59 p.m. CST on December 31st each year. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States age 18 and older.  Employees of NatCom, Inc., Golf Illustrated Magazine ("Sponsor"), www.golfillustrated.com and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter the Contest.  Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
 
HOW TO ENTER: Limit one entry per person per each six-month contest cycle. To enter, return the postcard notification and send it to Golf Illustrated Magazine, 15115 S. 76th E. Ave., Bixby, OK 74008.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Entries received after the deadline will automatically be entered into the next occurring Contest.  Electronic entries received through www.golfillustrated.com < http://www.golfillustrated.com/ > or through independent third party agencies will be subject to the same Contest Rules applied to mail entries.

CHANCES OF WINNING: The chances of winning will depend upon the number of entries received.

SELECTION: Sponsor’s representatives will select winners based upon suitability from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries. Sponsor will make best efforts to contact the winning entries by certified mail within 30 days of drawing. Should Sponsor not be able to contact a winning entry or should a winning entry not comply with these Official Rules, the selected entry will be declared void and Sponsor will select an alternate entry.  Decisions of judges (as selected by Sponsor) are final.

PRIZES: Five (5) Callaway ERC Fusion Driver prize packages will be awarded per each six-month Contest.  Each of the five (5) prize packages includes:
(a) One Callaway ERC Fusion Driver or value equivalent.
(b) A one-year supply of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls (12 dozen) IF the winning entry has also provided a valid e-mail address.

In addition, all entries received during each Contest period will receive a Consolation Gift of valuable stroke shaving tips and a trial Subscription to Golf Illustrated Magazine (two issues).  All entries will have the option of converting the trial Subscription to a one-year Subscription at the introductory Subscription rate of $13.95, but is not required to do so in order to enter or win the Contest. Converting the trial Subscription to a paid one-year Subscription will not increase or decrease the odds of winning the Contest.

The prize package may not be sold or transferred and is not convertible to cash.  Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part.  The highest possible value of a Golf Illustrated Magazine Driver Giveaway prize package is $500, including shipping and excluding taxes.  Any federal, state or local taxes due are the responsibility of the winners.  If a selected winning entry cannot use or chooses not to use any portion of the prize package, the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and no substitution or other equivalent compensation will be awarded.    

CLAIMING PRIZE: Failure to comply with any of the following three (3) conditions within 30 days of being notified that the individual is a winning entry will result in an alternate entry being drawn.  The person claiming the prize must: 1) sign a declaration confirming compliance with all Contest Rules and conditions and acceptance of the prize as awarded; 2) date the declaration; 3) return the original declaration to the address provided by the specified deadline.  Photocopies or facsimiles of the declaration will not be honored.

PRIVACY: The 5 Grand Prize Winners authorize the Contest Sponsor to broadcast, publish and disseminate their name, address, photograph, likeness and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no compensation to the prizewinner.

LIABILITY RELEASE: By participating in this contest, entrants (including the five winners) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Related Parties and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Contest or any prize-related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any prize-related activity.

Upon delivery of the prize to each winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.  Sponsors make no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prizes awarded.

GOVERNING LAW: The Contest is governed by the laws of the state of Oklahoma, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect to any dispute arising.
